What Will You Learn in This Masterclass?
Strategic workforce planning is crucial for the future of your organization and forms the foundation for effective and forward-thinking HR policies. It helps achieve business objectives and supports well-founded decision-making. Additionally, it enhances an organization's ability to attract and retain the right talent.
In this masterclass, you will learn how to forecast your organization’s future workforce needs and how to analyze the gap between current and future staffing. You will be able to identify workforce challenges at operational, policy, and strategic levels.
This masterclass is led by Dr. Gerard Evers or Irma Doze, both renowned experts in Strategic Workforce Planning.
Hands-on With Your Own SWP Plan
Between the first and second day of the masterclass, you will work on a strategic workforce planning approach tailored to your organization. This will help you create a clear vision of the future and the HR implications that come with it.
Additionally, you will receive virtual guidance from Gerard Evers or Irma Doze, if needed.
On the second day, you will present your findings, and the group will discuss experiences and results, allowing you to learn from fellow participants.
