What are you going to do as trainer business agility?

Are you an entrepreneurial, creative and ambitious trainer? Are you a driven Lean-Agile Practitioner with a passion for training and facilitation? Do you have solid experience in transferring knowledge in the areas of SAFe, Scrum and IC-Agile? Then we are looking for you! As a Trainer Business Agility, you play a key role in empowering individuals and teams to improve their agility skills and lead organizations to transformational success.

As a Trainer Business Agility, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering engaging trainings on SAFe, Scrum and IC-Agile. You are not only an expert in Lean-Agile principles, but also have demonstrable experience in facilitating applied learning within organizations. In addition, you play a crucial role in achieving transformation goals by providing incompany coaching and promoting transformation mastery.

In the role of Trainer Business Agility you will provide training, both incompany at our clients and open schedule training. You will also coach teams or larger parts of organizations working with business agility during short assignments. Assignments and trainings take place both in the Netherlands and abroad and can be on site, hybrid or remote. You measure and evaluate the impact of your trainings to improve and guarantee quality.

What you’ll be doing as trainer business agility:

  • Improve knowledge transfer of agile principles and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and IC-Agile;
  • Ensuring that participants have a thorough understanding of methodologies and how they can be applied;
  • Facilitate applied learning at in-company trainings and open roster trainings;
  • Provide coaching and support the professional development of individuals and teams in implementing learned concepts for sustainable change;
  • Provide knowledge transfer in a dynamic and creative manner, creating interaction and engagement.

What are we asking?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;

  • 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Agility Trainer and demonstrated experience in training and education;

  • Knowledge of Obeya, experience as a Lean-Agile Practitioner in organizations and certified in Agile and/or Lean (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, IC Agile);

  • Excellent fluency in Dutch and English;

  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week and willing to travel internationally.
