Your main tasks at #Highberg

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing AI strategies within large public organizations, aimed at achieving their core objectives. These strategies may focus on improving service delivery, supporting complex (government) decisions, and optimizing processes.
  • Analyzing and advising on the required capabilities within organizations to successfully apply AI. This involves identifying the right personnel, adjusting organizational structures, optimizing processes, navigating legal frameworks, and effectively managing technology and data.
  • Guiding our clients through their digital transformation, with a specific focus on AI. This requires close collaboration with various departments within the organization to ensure an integrated approach.

  • You excel at identifying the needs of our clients, understanding their goals with AI, and helping them achieve those objectives.
  • A strong team player who communicates effectively and advises at various levels, actively collaborates with and transfers knowledge to less experienced colleagues, while also capable of excelling independently.
  • Someone with commercial insight, analytical skills, and a proactive approach in relationship management, networking, and proposal processes.

What we are asking

  • A completed HBO (Bachelor’s) or WO (Master’s) degree, preferably in the field of data science, information management, organizational studies, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a consultant, expert, and/or project leader in the field of data & AI.
  • Knowledge of, experience with, and/or a vision on the use of AI in (public) organizations.
  • Experience as a data scientist or data engineer is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
