Highberg is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to expand its marketing capabilities.

What will you do as a Partnership Marketing Manager?

The Business Partner will serve as the primary liaison between the marketing department and the two hubs within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that both hubs have a full pipeline of marketing activities that have impact and achieve specific business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures to elevate the marketing standards of both hubs and drive best practice, creativity and excellence in the development of each marketing campaign.

Your tasks as Partnership Marketing Manager at Highberg:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the goals, objectives, and target audience of each business hub

  • Collaborate closely with business hub leaders to define positioning, identify marketing needs and opportunities and formulate a fitting planning and budget for each hub

  • Work with the hub marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the needs of each business hub

  • Prioritize marketing demand in collaboration with business leads when demand exceeds supply

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and event/experiential marketing

  • Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns meet brand and hub standards and adhere to best practices

  • Identify opportunities for improvement

  • Provide guidance and support to operational marketing and business hub teams on marketing execution

  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, analyzing key metrics, optimizing on the go and providing insights to inform future strategies

  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the hubs, encouraging the development of fresh ideas and unique approaches to marketing campaigns

  • Be the point of contact for event organizations such as Heliview

What are we asking?

  • Experience in B2B marketing role in campaign management and or content

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to negotiate their way around differing styles of management, location and businesses to achieve successful marketing campaigns

  • Creative mindset with a drive to run innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences

  • Experience in briefing in ideas to graphic designers

  • Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English
