Your main tasks at #Highberg

  • Helping clients gain an overview of all current and upcoming regulations related to digitalization and data.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess the impact of these regulations on their specific organizational processes.
  • Carrying out implementation projects to ensure clients comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conducting assessments, including legally mandated ones, to verify compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Drafting relevant documentation necessary for compliance purposes.

Who you are

  • Someone capable of quickly grasping a problem and articulating it in the simplest and most practical terms, both verbally and in writing.
  • Someone who thrives on being challenged by multidisciplinary issues of a strategic nature involving various stakeholders.
  • A sociable individual who enjoys maintaining client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and taking action upon them.

What we are asking

  • A completed WO (Master’s) degree in Dutch Law or a related field.
  • Specialization in IT, privacy, and/or healthcare law or strong affinity with these areas.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of privacy, information security, IT law, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
