Our hiring process

At Highberg, we believe hiring is a two-way conversation. It’s about finding the right fit for both you and us. Our hiring process is designed to be transparent, thoughtful, and efficient, giving you a clear sense of who we are and how we work. Here’s what you can expect along the way:

1 Initial conversation with HR

We start with a friendly chat to get to know you better — your background, interests, and what drives you. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about our culture, values, and how we work.

2 In-depth conversation with the team

Next, you’ll meet with team members or leaders for a deeper discussion about your experience, goals, and how you collaborate. This helps us assess mutual fit and alignment with our projects.

3 Case study or presentation

Depending on the role, you may be invited to complete a short case study or deliver a presentation. This step gives you the opportunity to showcase your expertise and thought process in action.

4 Offer and Onboarding

Once we’re aligned, we’ll send you an offer and guide you through our onboarding program — ensuring a smooth start and helping you quickly feel part of the team.

“For me, the most rewarding aspect is the balance between collaboration and exploration. I’m constantly inspired by the driven, entrepreneurial colleagues I work with, while each assignment also pushes me to understand a new organization — its specific context, challenges, and people.
