Constantly looking for the next step and the necessary conditions to take those steps. She wants to understand and develop, and ideally works from shop floor to board room. Sustainable change only happens when all organisational levels are aligned.

Marloes’ style is indicated as relational and exploring. Together searching for answers and creating the right conditions for growth. She will always try to include difficult subjects or complicated feelings into the discussion, believing that those are also part of the solution.
