Your work as People Analytics Consultant at Highberg

You are the trusted advisor guiding clients from conventional HR to data-driven HR, unlocking the value of data-driven HR for both people and organizations.

In summary, the roles and responsibilities of a People Analytics Consultant include:

  • Contributing to Highberg's position as the #1 People Analytics firm in the Benelux by writing content, conducting webinars, speaking at conferences, and preparing proposals.
  • Assisting clients in formulating a People Analytics strategy.
  • Supporting clients in turning their ambitions into actionable plans.
  • Coaching clients through their transformation journey or taking on the role of transformation lead yourself.
  • Managing the budget and overseeing the team of data specialists working on the transformation.

What are we asking?

  • You have completed a Master's degree;

  • You have at least several years of experience as a People Analytics or HR Tech consultant;

  • Your spoken and written Dutch and English are at a professional level;

  • Participation in a pre-employment screening is part of our application process;

  • You reside within the 'circle' Utrecht - Leiden - Alkmaar - Almere;

  • Lastly, you are available for at least four days a week.
