Highberg’s Ingeborg is a Senior Consultant in Risk, Resilience and Compliance. For Ingeborg, compliance is not about ticking boxes or restricting organizations. On the contrary, she sees it as a way to make organizations stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the future. With a focus on security and privacy, Ingeborg helps organizations approach compliance as an enabler of trust, continuity, and sustainable growth. Within Highberg Digital, Ingeborg works on challenges at the intersection of regulation, technology, and organizational change. She translates privacy and security issues into clear decisions and practical solutions. In doing so, she supports public sector organizations in fulfilling their societal responsibilities within a complex stakeholder environment and amid increasing digital threats. Rita Ekkelenkamp is Partner at Highberg and achieved a MSC at the Univeristy of Groningen and Macau (China) in Business Administration. Rita has extensive experience in organisational design. She helps organizations to clarify their strategy into clear and effective organisational structures, business and job models including performance management. She partners with diverse set of stakeholders like super visory boards, board of directors and senior managers to support the realization of the organisations startegy. She manages the organizational design team within Highberg. Rita's strenght lies in making complex strategic ambitions tangible and actionable in a pragmatic way. Rita works closely with clients, co‑creating solutions that fit their specific context and challenges. Through this collaborative approach, she helps organizations design structures and a way ofg working that are both practical and sustainable, enabling strategy to truly come to life in day‑to‑day operations. Sanne Oude Veldhuis is consultant pension and reward at Highberg with an MSc in Mathematics of Operations Research at the University of Twente. She supports organizations with analyzing and designing future-proof pension schemes and reward policies. She applies her analytical background in applied mathematics to solve complex client challenges, with a focus on making pension schemes and the transition to a new pension system understandable for all employees within an organization. Her strength lies in logical thinking and thorough problem analysis, breaking down complex challenges and turning them into clear insights. Mandy Jorna is a consultant at Highberg with and achieved a MSc in Strategic Management, a MSc in Environment and Resource Management and a BSc in Liberal ARTs and Sciences with a major in Business and International Relations. Mandy has experience supporting transformation initiatives, from department-level improvements, focusing on process and behaviour, to agile transformations in both public and private sectors. She is Lean Green Belt certified and a SAFe Practice Consultant. Mandy approaches change with optimism, curiosity, and analytical clarity.
