Bart is a data scientist at Highberg and holds a research master's in Methodology and Statistics (Psychology) from the University of Amsterdam, with part of his studies completed as a visiting student at Harvard University Bart has experience in statistics, machine learning, and AI engineering, ranging from designing AI architectures such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and building agents, to applying statistical methods for equal-pay analyses. He finds that at clients, 80% of the work lies in defining what the exact problem is that needs to be solved.  Bart leverages his analytical sharpness and technical expertise to untangle complex challenges and help organizations arrive at clear, data-driven solutions. Gerco is an Organizational Design Consultant at Highberg. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics, Governance and Management from Leiden University and his master’s degree in Organization and Management Studies from Tilburg University. Gerco focuses on understanding organizational challenges and developing organizational models that align with the strategy and context of the organization. He recognizes that every organization has its own dynamics and challenges and translates these into future-proof solutions in the field of organizational design. Gerco enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to develop solutions that fit the organization’s situation and needs. He feels a strong sense of involvement with the organizations he works with and invests in thoroughly understanding what is going on. Ninande is a Senior Data Scientist at Highberg. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Master's degree in Information Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Ninande helps organizations unlock insights from workforce data. She has worked on a broad range of people analytics projects, covering topics like equal pay, turnover, absenteeism, and employee experience, and brings particular expertise in remuneration data and statistical approaches to equal pay analyses. Karin is senior consultant at Highberg. She holds a Master of Education and draws her greatest strength from genuine, sincere connection. Inge van der Wildt is a senior consultant Organization, Reward and Pensions at Highberg and obtained her Master of Laws with a focus on Employment Law and Health Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Inge has extensive experience in designing and operationalizing reward frameworks, including compensation structures, benefits governance, job evaluation, and performance management. Having worked across corporate, consulting, and public sectors — at organizations such as Deloitte and FrieslandCampina — she brings both strategic and hands-on expertise to complex reward challenges. Inge's strength lies in translating complex reward data into clear, actionable insights. She combines a structured, analytical approach with a collaborative mindset, ensuring solutions are both evidence-based and embraced by the organization. Kevin is a Data Engineer at Highberg, specializing in people analytics. He holds an MSc in Applied Data Science from Utrecht University, a BSc in Mathematics, and an MA in Education. Kevin specializes in people analytics as a service, architecting end-to-end data platforms on Azure and Databricks. He builds scalable ETL pipelines, predictive HR models forecasting turnover and absenteeism, and LLM-powered survey analytics. He has also served as Product Owner for AI-powered HR analytics products. Kevin takes end-to-end ownership, from pipeline to prediction to boardroom. His strength is translating technical depth into clear executive insight, turning complex model outputs into narratives that drive decisions.
