Boris Duysters is privacy and security consultant at Highberg and achieved an MSc in Political Science and a BSc in Philosophy at the University of Leiden. Boris Duysters has experience in helping organisations taking their compliance and risk management to a higher level. He has advised municipal governments, mental health care institutions, and youth care organisations in making privacy and security an integral part of their processes, taking on roles as privacy officer, information security officer, and consultant. His approach lies in taking on a coaching role, helping team- and project leads acknowledge potential risks and showing them how to deal with risks. Want to know more? Alice is a transformation consultant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Göttingen and a Master’s degree in Science and Business Management from Utrecht University. Alice has working proficiency in Dutch, English and German. She has a strong foundation in market research, specializing in employee experience, organizational culture and D&I. She combines a data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of people and organizations to support meaningful change. Edwin is a Management Consultant at Highberg, specializing in portfolio, product and innovation management focused on internal and external IT services.   Using his strong organizational awareness, he advises and guides organizations on issues in the field of sourcing, strategic IT management, cloud services and IT governance. The goal is always; provide reliable, smart ICT that enables these organisations to achieve their objectives and social impact.  Supporting organizations in their digital transformation becomes tangible through the development and sourcing of innovative, digital product and service strategies. For a subsequent insight into the actual value realized, he contributes to controlling the qualitative and financial performance. Merel is a Transformation Consultant at Highberg and has a master's degree in Culture- Organization and Management at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Merel Wensink has experience in supporting organizations in improving their ways of working and strengthening collaboration. In her role as a consultant, she has worked with both public and private organizations on Agile transformations, process improvements, and cultural change initiatives. She combines strong analytical skills with a structured and pragmatic approach, and is known for her ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. By building trust and creating clarity, she helps teams gain insight into what truly drives performance. Chiara is an HR Researcher at Highberg. She holds an MSc in Communication Science from the University of Vienna and speaks fluently four languages (Dutch, German, French, English). Chiara collects business questions from HR and management and translates them into HR Analytics and research solutions. She sets up and carries out research, analyzes data, and develops dashboards and reports. Her work focuses on uncovering the underlying factors that influence employee experience, DEI and organizational culture within the respective organisation. Chiara is driven to understand people, their motivations, choices and behaviour. She enjoys comparing assumptions with reality and making complex information understandable. Ernst is a Senior Consultant Data and AI Transformation. He holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a specialization in Change- and Lean Management.
