We advise and support clients in mapping the responsibilities of positions and roles.
We advise and support clients in mapping processes and the responsibilities of positions and roles. When the organization’s strategy leads to a redesign of positions and related processes, for example, when a job architecture needs to be designed, a professional external perspective often makes a big difference. With the support of our expertise, an organization can use a clear and proven model for job design, instead of basing a new job structure on ‘history and individual’.
We help our clients map the organization’s goals and results and indicate what is specifically needed in terms of organizational units and positions to achieve these goals and results. We do this through interactive workshops with employees and management, by elaborating the responsibilities per organizational unit, by mapping positions per ‘family’, and by describing the various roles and positions. The results of this can be used, among other things, for weighting positions, providing insight into career paths, making result and development agreements with employees, and describing processes.
