The first level of your onboarding focuses on everything you need to know and be able to do to have a good start in your new role. Practical things like specific client information, access to systems and other tools you’ll need in your day-to-day work. In addition, we’ll help you feel at home in your new role quickly. You will be given time to fully understand your role, get to know your colleagues and build a good work structure.
The second phase revolves around your integration within your specific hub or location. Here you will learn more about how the hub works, the culture, social activities organized there and can get acquainted with colleagues outside of your direct team. We help you find work-life balance, including learning about off-days, events and other facilities available.
On a third level you will have the Highberg onboarding, which brings all new colleagues from the past three months together, regardless of the hub they work for. This Highberg onboarding level aims to connect you to the bigger picture of Highberg so that you feel part of our broader vision and culture.
