Thomas is Senior Consultant at Highberg and has two Master degrees from the VU University of Amsterdam. One MSc in Public Administration and one in Business Administration.
At Highberg I guide organizations in the field of People, Organisation and Strategy. In my advice I focus on implementation via pragmatic actions that appeal to both ‘head’ and ‘heart’, because I believe this is necessary for realizing success and making a true impact.
I believe that friends, family, colleagues and clients appreciate my positivity, stable personality, result orientation and genuine interest in others. I like to use these qualities, combined with my ability to make complex things simple, to solve strategic challenges and problems.
I am passionate about food, the food system and foodball.
