Amadeus DTS transforms with the Highberg transformation framework

This year, Highberg successfully transferred full responsibility for the Agile transformation to the local transformation team at Amadeus Digital Transformation Services (DTS). Using our framework, 'Managing Successful Transformations' (MST), the team initiated, validated, scaled, and sustained the transformation.
