She has worked on a broad range of people analytics projects, covering topics like equal pay, turnover, absenteeism, and employee experience, and brings particular expertise in remuneration data and statistical approaches to equal pay analyses.
She is passionate about making data and analytics understandable for a broad audience and believes her work should deliver practical value, whether by enabling better-informed decisions or simplifying work through automation, allowing employees to focus on the work they value most.
