Marcel is a Senior Consultant Data, AI and Architecture. He also is a well rounded IT and change architect. With a strong technical background as a former engineer, he takes his experience to a broad number of clients. SMB to the CxO level at one of the largest financial institutions in The Netherlands. Private to public organizations. In his day to day he leads technical innovations, inspirations, discovery and implementation projects both at Highberg and his clients.
Marcel’s unique strength lies in having a (very) deep technical understanding, but also having a strong human centric and business spoken approach, and the ability to lead and involve people. He can discuss both entire technical infrastructures, all the way to the code and tech; and he’s also able to actively engage people, lead human centric change and find strong support in the business.
