Liesbeth has over twenty years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits professional, with a background in HR advice and project management. For the past four years, she has worked as a reward consultant, supporting clients with remuneration issues and harmonisations, combining a big-picture view with attention to detail. She helps organizations make large projects manageable, by simplifying complex processes and providing structure.
Liesbeth’s approach is characterised by personal involvement and a genuine interest in her clients. Drawing on her own experience as a Compensation & Benefits professional, she thinks along with clients and truly understands what is happening within an organisation. Her goal is to enable customers to continue independently after a project.
