Juliette works with clients to design effective organizational structures and translating them into clear job architectures and career frameworks. As a consultant and project manager, she has worked with various organizations across multiple environments with a focus on the private sector.
Juliette enjoys diving into the context of each organization to fully understand its challenges, dynamics, and stakeholder needs, both within the organization and in project teams. Combining creativity with a pragmatic mindset, she develops tailor-made organizational design solutions such as organizational structures, job architectures and career frameworks. She believes effective organizational design requires understanding both the strategic direction and the culture within the organization. She is driven by working closely with clients and bringing clarity to complex challenges.
