Judit van Rooij is an organizational design Consultant at Highberg with a MSc in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University.
Judit works with leadership teams and HR to translate strategy into effective organizational structures and ways of working. She designs organizational structures, job architectures and career frameworks that create clarity in roles, responsibilities and decision-making. As a consultant and project manager, she works with organizations across different industries, primarily in the private sector.
Judit enjoys diving into the context of organizations to understand their challenges, dynamics and stakeholder needs. Combining analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset, she develops organizational design solutions that fit both the strategic direction and the day-to-day reality of organizations.
