Gerco is an Organizational Design Consultant at Highberg. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics, Governance and Management from Leiden University and his master’s degree in Organization and Management Studies from Tilburg University.
Gerco focuses on understanding organizational challenges and developing organizational models that align with the strategy and context of the organization. He recognizes that every organization has its own dynamics and challenges and translates these into future-proof solutions in the field of organizational design.
Gerco enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to develop solutions that fit the organization’s situation and needs. He feels a strong sense of involvement with the organizations he works with and invests in thoroughly understanding what is going on.
He focuses on solutions that work in practice, also in the long term, involving the right people and addressing the underlying problem. Where necessary, he adopts a flexible approach.
