Daniëlle is an experienced consultant at the intersection of digitalization, innovation, and governance. She draws on a strong knowledge base, with an academic background in Public Administration and professional certifications such as CDMP and CAICO.
Her work focuses on one key question: how do you truly make innovation take hold within a (complex) public organization? This translates into assignments such as developing and implementing strategies for AI applications, conducting algorithm assessments, or mapping the impact and opportunities of new European legislation such as eIDAS2. She always takes into account the governance and organizational context in which change needs to be embedded.
She has applied this knowledge and experience across a wide range of public organizations, including the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), the Municipality of Rotterdam, and the National Police.
