Bouko is a Senior Program Manager at Highberg and graduated with a technical degree from the Royal Military Academy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
Bouko has 30 years of experience in national and multinational complex projects and programs, primarily in the field of digital transformations. His experience includes roles as both a project manager and program manager, as well as serving as a steering committee member.
Bouko is an analytical and connecting leader with strong experience in the change management required for digital transformations. In situations involving multiple stakeholder groups or organizations, he is able to build alignment and drive results.
