Berthold is responsible for winning framework agreement tenders for Highberg. He leads the Tenderdesk and brings together the right expertise from across Highberg, and where needed beyond, to identify and win key tenders. This enables Highberg to gain structural access to the public sector and to establish long‑term client relationships.
Berthold believes successful tenders start with the right people and a clear win strategy. He focuses on strong analysis of client needs, close alignment with what the client values most, and consistently high quality standards, always looking for ways to further improve the bid.
