Benyamin is an organizational design consultant at Highberg with an MSc in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc in Psychology and People, Organizations and Change from Erasmus Rotterdam University.
Before joining Highberg, Benyamin trained medical and law students in communication and conversation techniques and group dynamics. As a consultant, he supports organizations in translating strategy into clear organizational structures and effective ways of working. He then helps embed these into job architectures, career paths, and job evaluation and grading frameworks.
Benyamin enjoys getting to the heart of organisational challenges through careful
listening and thoughtful questions. Combining analytical thinking with creativity and a pragmatic mindset, he works closely with clients to develop solutions that fit both the organization and its people.
