How to set up regulatory reporting about people in a controlled and scalable way
Organizations are increasingly required to report about social sustainability aspects regarding their people and people working in their value chain. For instance, on working conditions, safety, pay equity, and diversity. With the Sustainable HR Reporting Exchange we bring together HR and Reporting professionals from mid-size to large corporations who must comply with increased regulatory reporting and discuss the impact.

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a very well-known piece of regulation driving this trend. In the upcoming years, more and more organizations must comply with this regulation. However, it does not stop there. Other (pending) regulations to consider are for example the Pay Transparency act, emissions of mobility (CO2 werkgerelateerde personenmobiliteit), or CSDDD. In addition to these generic regulations, organizations are obliged to supply information to industry bodies like the European Banking Authority.
Finally, providing insights about past and present results is one step, but performing analytics to uncover root causes for performance improvement and predicting future performance is another one.
Therefore, robust governance, processes and systems that are auditable and can handle these often slightly deviating requirements are required to be successful in regulatory reporting.
On Wednesday October 9th, 2024, at 16:00 in the afternoon, Highberg will bring Sustainability, Finance, Data & Analytics and HR professionals together that are dealing with regulatory reporting for HR. Together we will exchange experiences, ideas and endeavor to set good practices.
