The HR analytics workshop is designed specifically for teams. In a three-hour session, we introduce you and your team to HR analytics.
After this session there is a shared view on HR analytics, you and your team know what you can achieve by analyzing employee data, what the pitfalls are and how to get started.
Information
In the workshop we share examples to inspire and learn from, but also give a realistic view of the possibilities based on your company's current situation. In addition, we do some exercises together so you can get started right away!
There is a proven concept for such sessions. At the same time, organization-specific parts are customized. Curious? We are happy to meet with you to discuss the possibilities!

Escape game
The workshop can optionally be extended with a (digital) escape game. The escape game Analysis Paralysis creates awareness about data-driven decision-making in a unique way. While playing the game, players experience the most common pitfalls and challenges when working with a data-driven mindset. The game also helps players reflect on the importance of this mindset within today's business operations. Within the escape room, players work together in a team of four to collectively solve a business crisis. Using data sources, the team collectively drafts a press statement for the company's CEO.
