Our hiring process

At Highberg, we believe hiring is a two-way conversation. It’s about finding the right fit for both you and us. Our hiring process is designed to be transparent, thoughtful, and efficient, giving you a clear sense of who we are and how we work. Here’s what you can expect along the way:

1 Initial conversation with HR

We start with a friendly chat to get to know you better — your background, interests, and what drives you. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about our culture, values, and how we work.

2 In-depth conversation with the team

Next, you’ll meet with team members or leaders for a deeper discussion about your experience, goals, and how you collaborate. This helps us assess mutual fit and alignment with our projects.

3 Case study or presentation

Depending on the role, you may be invited to complete a short case study or deliver a presentation. This step gives you the opportunity to showcase your expertise and thought process in action.

4 Offer and Onboarding

Once we’re aligned, we’ll send you an offer and guide you through our onboarding program — ensuring a smooth start and helping you quickly feel part of the team.
