Your work as People Transformation Consultant at #Highberg

  • The Highberg People Transformation practice has four focus areas: People Analytics, Reward & Pension, Leadership & Culture and Organizational Design. This role is part of the People Analytics team and People Analytics is your primary area of expertise. However, besides People Analytics you will also be working on Organizational Design and Reward engagements.
  • You are the trusted advisor that guides clients from their current situation to their desired situation, all the way from strategy to implementation and training, thereby unlocking the value of HR for our clients and its stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to the position of Highberg as renowned People Transformation consulting firm by positioning yourself as thought leader in People Analytics and developing business for our People Transformation practice.

You will lead and work on client engagements like:

  • Design a People Analytics strategy. Lead strategy implementation together with client resources and a turn-key Highberg People Analytics team.
  • Assess EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness. Draft a EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation plan. Implement the plan, establishing timely EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance.
  • Develop a organizational structure that supports strategy realization, all the way down from the top to the lowest level in the organization, supported by a transparent job framework and remuneration.

What are we asking?

  • Master degree (preferably with a substantial business perspective, e.g. business administration or organization & management studies);

  • 5-10 years of experience in People Transformation;

  • Consulting experience (strategy or management consulting);

  • Ideally, you live within the 'circle' Utrecht - Leiden - Alkmaar – Almere;

  • Full-time available;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

  • Competitive base salary: €4,000–€7,000/month and profit-sharing;

  • 10.8% flex budget (including 8% holiday allowance);

Your immediate team is the #1 People Analytics team in the BeNeLux ( ~25 People Analytics experts). The People Analytics team works closely with the other People Transformation teams within Highberg (~100 people).
